Russians do not scared of rising house prices in Turkey

According to the statistics of the results sale the first three quarters of 2022, every fifth real estate transaction in Turkey involved buyers from Russia. Ömer Faruk Akbal, President of Real Estate International Promotion Association, speaks about it. He notes that the average transaction value for a residential building has grown to USD 245,000. At the same time, the Russians confidently displace the residents of the UAE, Thailand, Montenegro, and Greece from the market. Russians' growing interest in real estate is generally good for the sector, despite the stagnation in the market caused by rising prices. At the same time, the amount of USD 245,000 dollars is only an average. An increasing number of buyers prefer housing options with values higher than USD 400,000.
