Property prices in Turkey have increased by 200% since September

The results of the September real estate sales in Turkey were summarised in October 2022. The cost per square metre on average has almost hit 12,000 Turkish Lira, or $640. If we take the annual growth in local currency prices into account, it is about 202%. Additionally, each region has its own statistics. Istanbul is in first place, with a 241% increase in prices for the year as of September 2022. Currently, the price per square metre is $1,090. Similar numbers are reported in other provinces. Antalya shows an average price per square metre of about $920.
