In 2022, Russians became leaders in buying property in Turkey among foreigners

According to the Turkish Bureau of Statistics, Russian citizens became leaders among foreigners in terms of the number of real estate purchased in Turkey in 2022 - they purchased 16,200 residences. In fact, the demand in this country from the Russians grew by 24% compared to the previous year. In general, the share of purchases by foreigners amounted to more than 68,200 units, having increased by 15% over the year.

Istanbul and Antalya became the most popular regions among foreigners.
