Turkey has a great demand for coastal houses

There is a brand-new trend in the Turkish real estate market: people are increasingly buying coastal houses in the country. Buyers and investors have become more active in acquiring real estate in coastal cities.

For example, 26,193 housing units were sold in Alanya by the end of 2022, which is more than in any other area of Antalya. It is noted that 25,568 transactions (the vast majority) were made without a mortgage. Sales could be significantly higher by the end of 2023.
