Analysts name three turkish provinces leading price growth in the q3 of 2023

Analytical company Endeksa has published statistics on real estate sales in Turkey for the Q3 of 2023. It shows an increase in the average price which, when calculated in Turkish Lira, has increased by 109% compared to the previous year. The highest figures are in the provinces of Hatay (158%), Ankara (126%) and Elazig (124%). Antalya and Istanbul are also in the top 5 with increases of 100% and 93%, respectively. As housing prices rise, so do rents, which increased by 136% in the last quarter. Mugla, Istanbul and Antalya have the highest figures for rent increases.
